United Methodist Church College Ave. Jackson, Kentucky 41339 (Across Alley from Library) K-6th grade Saturday August 17, 2024 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm ( Class starts promptly at noon, please arrive a few minutes early for sign in) Parents and guardians may sign up to stay and be classroom volunteers A hot meal will be provided compliments of Little Ceasars Parents must sign children in and out. Semi Annual

In years past, faithfully in April and November, HHCROM has hosted a Gospel Singing/Benefit supper as a fundraiser/ ministry event, at times it has included a silent auction when possible. Doors we not opened omce covid came around, etc... This past November 2023, after all this time, we got to have our first Gospel Singing/Benefit supper . It was wonderful. Weare scheduled for Friday, April 5, 2023 and Friday Nov.1 , 2024

Annual

1. The FIRST Thursday of May each year is designated and observed and the "National Day of Prayer" , because we support the belief and need for a strong ivdividual prayer life, along with a personsonsl relationship with the Lord. We have hosted an annual prayer service in the park that evening for several years now. 2. Also on FIRST Thursday of May, we coordinate a service at the Landmark of Jackson, previously known as Nim Henson Geriatric Center. It takes place on front porch due to location of the flag pole. Service begins at 2pm. Singers,groups are invited to this annual event for the residents, not open to the general public.Contact us at 606-272-7083 to be added to the line up on singers. 3. Scheduled in June each year if Annual Award Ceremony/Celebration for our Children's Ministry classes. This event is not open to the public. It is restricted to those involved in the youth, the students and their families. 4.. One Saturday in December has been coat and toy distribution
